Little Angel

Thursday was a joyous day in our household. We received a referral for a beautiful 14 month old baby girl. I knew the minute I saw her that she was Meilin Rose, the child that I have been waiting and praying for. I am hoping to receive LOA quickly so that I may travel to China to bring princess #2 home.
My friend sent me this poem. I cried when I read it. It touched my heart. I'm thinking about framing it and displaying it in Meilin's room.

Little Angel

You are a blessing and a gift to me.

An angel is what you are and what I see.

I waited for you for so very long

to hum you a lullaby and sing you a song.

I have loved you right from the start.

I believe you have always been here in my heart.

You are perfect just as you are.

You are a precious shining star.

Yes, you are an angel sent from above.

A miracle to hug and forever love.
